Refund policy

We want you to love your Wispoak ritual. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

How It Works

1. Contact Us
   Email us at support@wispoak.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Your Item
   Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund. We'll provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Receive Your Refund
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What We Can't Accept

- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items without original packaging or missing components
