Refund policy
We want you to love your Wispoak ritual. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email us first. Contact support@wispoak.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return.
- Get your return instructions. Our team will reply within 24 hours with the correct return address and step-by-step instructions for your order. Because return locations depend on your region and the item, please wait for these instructions before shipping anything back — items sent back without authorization may not be refundable. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Receive your refund. After we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3 business days), we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. We'll email you when the refund is processed.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
- Change of mind: Customers cover return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process above.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or components
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
